I would prefer this to iPad. If you are looking for something smaller and cheaper than iPad/Galaxy Tab this is your choice.

Advantages:
Very fast
-Good video playback
-Real and Full Android market (few apps arent available)
-All games i have tried works great and snabby
-Chargeable via USB!!
-Decent camera for video chatting
-Great and loud Speakers
-Battery lasts very long (~5h video playback)
-Very sharp and responsible Capacitive touch screen
-HDMI plays great

Disadvantages:
-I think it is kinda heavy
