Advantages:
It's a great phone.
For under 150USD, an unlocked phone with Windows Mobile, WIFI, Office Mobile, Windows Media, Opera Mobile... that's excellent in my opinion.
I hard reset mine and found... Touch Flo, just like a real HTC (seems like it had been uninstalled).
Since it's a Dopod phone and HTC owns half of Dopod company, my guess is that this is a real HTC phone, but not of first quality... not defective, not refurbished... but not *perfect* either. Maybe it has some under-quality component(s).. but it's a great phone for it's price anyway.

Disadvantages:
Music sounds too low on headphones and horribly on speaker... so.. not recommended for music-lovers who don't own a proper MP3 player.
